This policy describes the personal information Spindle & Stone may collect through the Stone Wing website, release list, purchase process, and support interactions.

1. Information we may collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your email address, purchase and billing information supplied through our payment provider, support communications, technical diagnostics you choose to provide, and basic website or campaign analytics supplied by service providers.

2. Release-list emails

The release signup is currently provided through beehiiv. If you join the list, your email address and related subscription data are processed through that service. We use the information to send release announcements and related Stone Wing communications. You can unsubscribe using the link included in marketing emails.

3. Payments

Payments will be processed by the payment provider identified at checkout. We do not intend to store complete payment-card numbers on the Stone Wing website.

4. Connected AI providers

When using the Stone Wing application, data sent to a third-party AI provider or connected service is subject to that provider’s privacy terms and your configuration. Stone Wing does not control a third party’s independent handling of information.

5. Why we use information

We use personal information to provide and support Stone Wing, administer purchases and subscriptions, send requested communications, maintain security, diagnose problems, meet legal obligations, and improve the product.

6. Sharing

We may share information with service providers that help operate the website, newsletter, payments, hosting, customer support, security, or product infrastructure, and when required by law. We do not sell personal information as a standalone product.
