Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges after the applicable paid period. Any refund required by applicable law will be provided within the legally required period.

2. One-time Early Bird purchases

The $99 Early Bird purchase is a one-time software license. Any voluntary refund window offered at checkout will be stated clearly before purchase. Nothing in this policy limits a refund, cancellation, or other remedy that applicable law requires because required information was missing, the product was materially misrepresented, or another statutory right applies.

3. Service or price changes

If a subscription change negatively affects a customer and applicable law provides a right to cancel without penalty, that right applies regardless of any conflicting general language elsewhere on the site.

4. Third-party charges

Charges from AI providers, API vendors, app stores, banks, or other third parties are governed by those providers and are not refundable by Spindle & Stone unless we expressly collected the charge ourselves and applicable law requires a refund.

5. How to cancel or request a refund

Before paid sales begin, checkout and confirmation materials will provide a support contact and a cancellation method that gives customers a record of their request.

6. No reduction of mandatory rights

This policy does not waive or reduce consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or modified.
