Stone Wing Subscription Terms

These terms apply to the Stone Wing monthly subscription, currently advertised at $9.99 per month, unless a different price or term is clearly disclosed before purchase.
1. Subscription and renewal
The subscription provides access to the Stone Wing subscription offering during the paid subscription period. It renews automatically for successive monthly periods until cancelled. The price, billing frequency, material service description, cancellation policy, refund policy, and any promotional terms will be disclosed before purchase and included in the contract.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges after the applicable paid period, subject to any refund rights required by law. We will not impose a cancellation fee for a monthly renewal where prohibited by law.
3. Changes to price or service
Where permitted by law, Spindle & Stone may change subscription pricing, included features, limits, supported platforms, integrations, technical requirements, or other identified service terms. A provision allowing such changes applies only to the categories specifically identified here or in the contract presented at purchase.
If a change negatively affects you, including a price increase or material reduction in service, we will provide any advance notice and cancellation rights required by applicable law. For British Columbia consumers, changes that are made without your separate agreement are subject to statutory notice and cancellation requirements.
4. Refund, cancellation, return, and exchange terms
We will not unilaterally amend these terms in a way that increases your obligations or reduces ours regarding cancellation, refunds, returns, or exchanges where applicable law prohibits that change.
5. Third-party providers
Third-party AI providers and connected services remain governed by their own terms, availability, usage limits, pricing, and rate limits. Stone Wing subscription pricing does not include third-party charges unless expressly stated.
6. Service availability
We may maintain, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features and integrations. Temporary interruptions may occur. Any change remains subject to mandatory consumer rights and notice requirements.
7. Taxes and mandatory charges
Advertised prices exclude only charges that may lawfully be added separately, such as government-imposed taxes. We do not intend to add hidden mandatory non-government fees to an advertised price.
8. Contract copy
For transactions where applicable law requires it, we will provide a copy of the subscription contract within the required period after purchase.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in British Columbia, Canada, without limiting non-waivable rights available to consumers elsewhere.
